10 Quick Ways With Carrots
When sliced, carrots usually need 6-8 minutes cooking in chicken broth or water.
Saute 2 c. grated carrots in 1 tbsp butter, 1 tbsp brown sugar & 1/4 c. raisins until most of the liquid is evaporated. Serves 4.
Toss 3 c. grated carrots with 1/4 c Italian salad dressing and 1 tsp capers. Serves 6.
