Stir Fried Swiss Chard

Ingredients:

1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp peanut oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp grated fresh ginger (or 1 tsp ground ginger)
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1 bunch swiss chard, chopped into one inch pieces, stems thinly sliced
1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
3 finely chopped green onions

Directions

Heat oils in a wok. Add garlic, onions, ginger and pepper flakes and sauté for 1-2 minutes, stirring frequently being careful not to burn over med heat. Add chard and soy sauce and cook on medium high, with pan covered. Cook until chard wilts and becomes tender (5-10 minutes). Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds just prior to eating.
