Rapini With Pasta & Sausage

Ingredients:

1 bunch rapini
1 lb of hot Italian sausage
4 cloves garlic
Penne or Farfalle pasta
1/4-1/2 c chicken stock

Directions

Cut sausage in bite size pieces and brown. Clean rapini and remove only thick, tougher ends of stalks. Chop rapini into bite size pieces. Drain sausage and set aside. Cook pasta. In the same pan that you cooked sausage, sauté garlic cloves in a little olive oil. Add rapini and some chicken broth and cook until greens are wilted. Keep salt in pasta to a minimum as sausage is naturally salty. Enjoy!
