Gingered Carrots With Snow Peas

Ingredients:

2 lbs. slim carrots, sliced and cooked until tender crisp
3 cups snow peas
6 green onions, chopped finely
2 tbsp unsalted butter
1/4 c. Presidentís choice ginger sauce
1/2 c. toasted pecans (opt)

Directions

Melt butter in frying pan and heat carrots ( 4 min) stirring often. Add snow peas and stir until they turn bright green, about 1 minute. Remove from heat. Stir in ginger sauce and salt. Turn into warm serving dish and sprinkle with green onions and nuts (if desired).
